My integrative weight loss program uses a variety of modalities, including personalized nutrition plans, targeted supplementation, stress management techniques, exercise prescriptions, mind-body therapies and prescription medications. It is a personalized program tailored to your specific needs and goals.

Initial consult (60 min): We will meet in person for our first consultation. Monthly follow up visits may be telemedicine.

Monthly follow up for 6 months. Then, every 3 months until your one year program is completed
At 6 months, we will repeat your body composition scan
At 1 year, we will repeat labs* (if necessary) and body composition scan

After your program, we are here to help maintain your health goals. You may feel comfortable with a check in every 3-6 months or you may want monthly follow ups.

Payment
We do not accept insurance. We are strictly a cash-pay clinic.
We do not accept patients with Medicare plan, unfortunately.
You may pay the full program cost during your initial consultation or you may choose to make automatic monthly payments.
$250 to book initial consultation. This is deducted from the total cost of the program if you decide to enroll in the program.

FAQ
Why should I choose this program over others?
Excess weight and obesity are conditions that are multifactorial, and no single person has the same combination of root causes. This program focuses on a personalized approach with a goal for sustainable weight management. It provides integrative care not available at most clinics.
Are medications included in the program cost?
No. They are not, but you may get them prescribed through the program. Medications may be covered by your insurance. Some may require a prior authorization as well before they can get approved.
Medications may be purchased out of pocket, but be aware that some may have a very high monthly cost.
Do you prescribe weight loss injectable medications such as Wegovy, Ozempic, and Mounjaro?
Yes. However, you must meet certain criteria. If you have a BMI >27 WITH weight-related medical problems or a BMI >30, your insurance may cover Wegovy or Zepbound.
Ozempic and Mounjaro are only approved for those with diabetes.
How do you take payment?
You can pay for the entire payment during your initial consultation or you can choose for a monthly auto-pay.
